Special mention to the bar staff for excellent service. Really good level of service throughout. Attention to detail in room and Level Lounge. Extensive and high-quality breakfast.

I had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel with a tube station opposite. The hotel was very close to Regent's Park and within walking distance of two restaurants. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and well-equipped with shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and body balm. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the Level area.
